Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
